Spellcaster's Charm - Sims 4 Magical House

I have long wanted to build a new house for the Charm family in Glimmerbrook, but for some reason every time that I tried, I would get stuck and bulldoze the build. I decided that the problem was that I was trying to stay too close to the original home and that I would just build them something totally different. The result is the Spellcaster's Charm. It is a big, off-white pseudo-Victorian with three adult bedrooms and a nursery/ kid's room. There is a cauldron for making magic in the basement, a formal parlor and more casual living room, a study, dining room, and large kitchen.
