Bedlington Cape House - Sims 4 Brindleton Bay Build

I love coastal New England. And I love Brindleton Bay for being so inspired by coastal New England. One of my favorite lots to build on is the Bedlington Boathouse lot, near the beach. I have built many houses for this lot, but this one is by far my favorite to date. It is inspired by a very cute little house in my own coastal New England neighborhood, a darling Cape style from the early 1800s with green trim and traditional wooden shingles.
